The reproducibility of the novel utilization of five-dimensional ultrasound and power Doppler in the prediction of endometrial receptivity in intracytoplasmic sperm-injected women: a pilot prospective clinical study

TL;DR: Five-dimensional ultrasound and power Doppler angiography is a useful exam to assess the endometrial receptivity in IVF/ICSI and embryo transfer cycles and shows thatendometrial volume had good sensitivity and low specificity in a group application; in an individual application it had good predictive negative value and bad predictive positive value.
Journal ArticleDOI

Maternal and fetal outcomes in women undergoing caesarean section under general and spinal anesthesia

TL;DR: General anaesthesia could be thought the quickest anaesthesia method in an emergency since it avoids the possibility of a failed regional block and is associated with higher possibility of blood loss and low Apgar score.
Journal ArticleDOI

Endometrial Volume Measured by VOCAL Compared to Office Hysteroscopy for Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyps in Premenopausal Women with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

TL;DR: 3D VOCAL may be used as a noninvasive method for the diagnosis of EP in premenopausal women with AUB in Egypt, and has sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and overall accuracy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of the loading dose of magnesium sulfate on the Doppler velocimetry parameters in the uterine, umbilical and fetal middle cerebral arteries in severe preeclampsia

TL;DR: It was found that after administration of magnesium sulfate there was significant reduction in the Doppler velocimetry parameters in the uterine, umbilical and fetal middle cerebral arteries denoting decreased vascular resistance with increased blood flow in these vessels.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of Antibacterial Effect of Rosmarinus Officinalis Extract on Streptococcus Mutans in Children

TL;DR: The use of Rosmarinus officinalis extract in children is safer than chlorhexidine because rosemary is natural herb that does not contain any chemicals.
