Journal ArticleDOI

An overview: biomolecules from microalgae for animal feed and aquaculture

TL;DR: An overview of the contributions of Algae to meet the requirements of nutrients in animal/aquaculture feed is presented and the adequate utilization of value added products in the feeds for livestock, poultry and aquaculture is highlighted.
Journal ArticleDOI

Visible light photocatalytic activity of Fe3+-doped ZnO nanoparticle prepared via sol-gel technique

TL;DR: Small crystallite size and low band gap were attributed to high activities of Fe-ZnO samples under various concentrations of Fe(3+) ions compared to undoped ZnO, and toxicity removal of 2-chlorophenol at same line of degradation efficiency was indicated.
Journal ArticleDOI

A review of the potentials, challenges and current status of microalgae biomass applications in industrial wastewater treatment

TL;DR: In this paper, the types of treatment processes, current application of microalgae and high-value products derived from micro-algae used in wastewater treatment processes are presented, as well as the value-added products extracted from microalga harvested after wastewater treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

On the inhibition of mild steel corrosion by 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1, 2, 4-trizole-3-thiol

TL;DR: In this article, the 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1, 2, 4-trizole-3-thiol (APTT) was studied at different temperatures, utilising open circuit potential, potentiodynamic and impedance measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Experimental and theoretical study on the inhibition performance of triazole compounds for mild steel corrosion

TL;DR: A relationship between quantum chemical parameters for three triazole compounds and their inhibition ability was studied using electrochemical measurements (potentiodynamic polarization and EIS), molecular dynamic method and quantum chemical calculations as mentioned in this paper.
