TL;DR: The IELSG-19 study was launched in 2003 by the International Extranodal Lymphoma Study Group to compare Chlorambucil alone versus the combination of Chlor Ambucil and Rituximab in the treatment of MALT lymphomas and revealed a 20% improvement in event-free survival (EFS) with 5% significance and 80% power.
