A Trifolium repens flavodoxin-like quinone reductase 1 (TrFQR1) improves plant adaptability to high temperature associated with oxidative homeostasis and lipids remodeling.
TL;DR: In this article , the authors identified and isolated a TrFQR1 gene encoding the flavodoxin-like quinone reductase 1 (TrFQRs1) located in mitochondria of leguminous white clover (Trifolium repens).
Bayesian Inference using Spike Latency Codes for Quantification of Health Endangering Formaldehyde
TL;DR: An electronic nose, containing an array of commercially available Figaro gas sensors, is used to estimate formaldehyde concentration by utilizing absolute spike timings and a Bayesian inference scheme is used.
Journal ArticleDOI
Combined oxidization and liquid ammonia pretreatment of bamboo of various ages and species for maximizing fermentable sugar release.
TL;DR: In this article, a combined oxidization and liquid ammonia pretreatment (OD-LAT) was employed for bamboo to determine the potential for improving biomass enzymolysis, and the effects of oxidant, bamboo ages, and species on the pretreatment effectiveness and subsequent enzymolesis were studied.
Book ChapterDOI
Versatile Gas Monitoring System on the Heterogeneous Zynq SoC Platform
Amine Ait Si Ali,Amine Ait Si Ali,Abbes Amira,Faycal Bensaali,Mohieddine Benammar,Muhammad Hassan,Amine Bermak +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a gas identification system based on decision tree classifier is presented, which is first carried out using the steady states extracted from the raw data obtained from the sensors, and then using transformed data by applying principal component analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Posterior Segment Ocular Findings in HLA-B27 Positive Patients with Uveitis: A Retrospective Analysis
Christopher Or,Sherin Lajevardi,Hashem Ghoraba,Jung Hyun Park,Neil Gregory Onghanseng,Muhammad Sohail Halim,Murat Hasanreisoglu,Muhammad Hassan,Gunay Uludag,Amir Akhavanrezayat,Quan Dong Nguyen +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors describe the prevalence and characteristics of posterior segment manifestations in patients with HLA-B27-associated uveitis using wide field imaging, including peripheral vasculitis, optic disc inflammation, and macula edema.
