Journal ArticleDOI

Inflammatory disease in HLA-B27 transgenic rats

TL;DR: The spondyloarthropathy‐like disease in rats is specific for HLA‐B27 but does not require Cys67, and Arthritis but not colitis is particularly sensitive to B27 peptide‐binding specificity.
Journal ArticleDOI

CD8αβ T Cells Are Not Essential to the Pathogenesis of Arthritis or Colitis in HLA-B27 Transgenic Rats

TL;DR: The data indicate that HLA-B27-retricted CD8+ T cells are unlikely to serve as effector cells in the transgenic rat model of HLA, B27-associated disease, in opposition to a commonly invoked hypothesis concerning the role of B27 in the spondyloarthropathies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Nirmatrelvir/Ritonavir on Midazolam and Dabigatran Pharmacokinetics in Healthy Participants.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated pharmacokinetics and safety after co-administration of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir or ritonavir alone with midazolam and dabigatran (a P-glycoprotein [P-gp] substrate).
Journal ArticleDOI

Use of multibiomarker disease activity scores in biosimilarity studies for the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

TL;DR: These RCTs are the first to incorporate MBDA score as an exploratory assessment of biosimilarity, and mean MBDA scores were highly comparable between IFx-qbtx and IFX-EU and between ADl-afzb and ADL-EU at all measured timepoints during TP1 in each study.
