Increased Expression of the Copper Efflux Transporter ATP7A Mediates Resistance to Cisplatin, Carboplatin, and Oxaliplatin in Ovarian Cancer Cells
Goli Samimi,Roohangiz Safaei,Kuniyuki Katano,Alison K. Holzer,Myriam Rochdi,Mika Tomioka,Murray Goodman,Stephen B. Howell +7 more
TL;DR: A small increase in ATP7A expression produced resistance to all three of the clinically available Pt drugs, and there are substantial differences between Cu and the Pt drugs with respect to how they interact with ATP6A and the mechanism by which ATP7a protects the cell.

3-(Diethoxyphosphoryloxy)-1,2,3-benzotriazin-4(3H)-one (DEPBT): a new coupling reagent with remarkable resistance to racemization.
TL;DR: The new crystalline phosphate reagent 3-(diethoxyphosphoryloxy)-1,2,3-benzotriazin-4(3H)-one (DEPBT) mediates amide bond formation with a remarkable resistance to racemization.
