Journal ArticleDOI

Infrared photoluminescence of intrinsic InSb

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a Fourier transform spectrometer employing both conventional and double modulation techniques to remove the effects of the considerable thermal background radiation, which allowed assignment of the three peaks observed in the spectrum to band-to-band emission, to band to impurity emission, and to acceptor-bound excitons.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fourier transform IR spectroscopy of Co2+ excitations in KZn1−xCoxF3

TL;DR: In this article, a temperature-dependent study of the IR absorption spectrum of crystals of cubic KZn1−xCoxF3 (with 0) was carried out, and the results showed that the IR spectrum of these crystals is positively correlated with temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

IR spectrum of Co2+ Ion clusters in KZnF3

TL;DR: In this article, a Fourier self-deconvolution and least-squares analysis of the MIR spectral data for KZn 1− x Co x F 3 is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Near infrared magneto-absorption in the laser material KZn1−xCoxF3

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic field induced splittings were observed for Co2+-ion lines in a magnetic field (B⩽7 T ) at 42 K.
