Dalam sebuah Pertandingan ABU ROBOCON 2020 ini robot diharuskan mampu bergerak dengan cepat serta dengan akurasi pergerakan yang akurat. Sehingga robot didesign dan dikontrol agar mempunyai akselerasi yang tepat dengan algoritma - algoritma robot. Dengan memberikan navigasi yang dengan menggunakan sensor  rotary encoder, sensor kompas, robot dapat mempertahankan arah hadap robot. Dalam penelitian skripsi ini mempersembahkan sebuah hasil percobaan tentang robot yang dirancang dengan meggunakan 3 buah roda omni wheels yang dikontrol menggunakan sebuah kontrol kinematic yang mampu  bergerak dengan cepat karena robot mampu bergerak ke posisi yang diinginkan dengan membentuk trajectory yang linier. Dari hasil pengujian dengan hasil eror rata rata dengan eror 3,7% dari set point berjarak 8 meter yang ditempuh dengan waktu 8 s. Berdasarkan hasil robot mampu meninggkatkan kemampuan robot untuk bergerak cepat pada lapangan.

One of the major problem in face authentication systems is to deal with variations in illumination. In a realistic scenario, it is very likely that the lighting conditions of the probe image does not correspond to those of the gallery image, hence there is a need to handle such variations. In this work, we present a new preprocessing algorithm based on local binary patterns (LBP): a texture representation is derived from the input face image before being forwarded to the classifier. The efficiency of the proposed approach is empirically demonstrated using both an appearance-based (LDA) and a feature-based (HMM) face authentication systems on two databases: BANCA and XM2VTS (with its darkened set). Conducted experiments show a significant improvement in terms of verification error rates and compare to results obtained with state-of-the-art preprocessing techniques.

The manual method requires weight and height data input which is not necessarily the same every time. While BLE requires an external device other than a smartphone to calculate weight and height. From the studies conducted, the image processing method is the most effective. The image processing method takes the data needed to calculate the BMI through the inputted image without the need to manually input data or use an external device other than a smartphone.

An improved topology for the baseband super-regenerative sampling amplifier is proposed and analyzed, which employs a series-capacitors output load to realize positive feedback. As in the conventional circuit, the gain of the amplifier is continuously variable by controlling the length of the capacitor charging phase. It is shown that decreasing feedback enhances the linearity of the circuit while trading off with a lower sampling speed. Entirely removing the feedback yields the integrating amplifier circuit. This is a practical implementation in terms of linearity, power, noise, and gain in low-frequency applications, including biomedical signal amplification. The analysis is verified by measured results from an integrated circuit prototype in 180-nm CMOS technology.

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem umpan balik odometry pada mobile robot dengan sistem differential drive. Data dari dua buah rotary encoder akan diolah dengan metode odometry sehingga dihasilkan koordinat posisi robot dan arah hadap robot dari waktu ke waktu. Pengujian akhir pada sistem menunjukkan kinerja dengan kesalahan pembacaan sudut hadap terbesar adalah 3.68° sedangkan untuk pembacaan posisi kesalahan sebesar 4.86 mm saat bergerak lurus sejauh 1000 mm dan kesalahan sebesar 9.60 mm saat bergerak lurus sejauh 2000 mm. Sedangkan saat pengujian bergerak kombinasi lurus dan belok ke kiri sejauh 1500 mm terdapat kesalahan pembacaan sebesar 6.93 mm. Kata kunci : odometry, mobile robot, differential drive.

This paper presents an In-Memory Computation (IMC) architecture using Full Swing Gate Diffusion Input (FS-GDI) in a single-ended disturb-free 6T SRAM. Not only are basic boolean functions (AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR2, XOR3, XNOR2) fully realized, a Ripple-Carry Adder (RCA) is also realized such that IMC is feasible without ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit) or CPU. FS-GDI reserves the benefits of the original GDI, and further resolves the reduced voltage swing issue, but it leads to speed degradation and large static power. Therefore, by using in-memory computing technique, the well-known von-Neumann bottleneck will be mitigated as well as energy efficiency is enhanced.

Multifunctional In-Memory Computation Architecture Using Single-Ended Disturb-Free 6T SRAM

We present the development of a LED (Light Emitting Diode) driver based on the boost power converter. Several DC to DC converter circuits were evaluated to determine their characteristics by varying the components and the duty cycle. The selected driver ́s prototype was realized using a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) module as the switching controller, wherein the implementation using Xilinx ISE14.6 and the measurements were successfully performed. The boost converter topology was investigated to achieve an optimal converter which showed a relatively high gain voltage. A duty cycle of 5% up to 20% was required to obtain the driver output voltage of 20V, revealing the efficiency of approximately 90%.

Untuk mencegah komplikasi yang dapat terjadi akibat diabetes mellitus, maka kadar gula dalam darah harus dijaga agar berada dalam rentang yang normal, salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengatur pola makan penderita diabetes mellitus. Aplikasi Diet Diabetes Diabetes Berdasarkan Nilai BMI (Body Mass Index) yang membutuhkan input manual selain kurang praktis, kesalahan indentifikasi dengan perkiraan juga akan mempengaruhi besar nilai perhitungan yang tidak sesuai.Untuk itu agar lebih praktis mendapatkan nilai BMI dan mengurangi kesalahan identifikasi dibuatlah aplikasi yang menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk menggukur tinggi badan, load cell untuk mengukur berat badan, dan mikrokontroller untuk mengolah sensor sehingga nantinya akan diketahui nilai BMI seseorang yang akan dikonversi dalam tabel jenis diet diabetes serta komposisi zat gizi yang terkandung.Pengujian akhir menunjukkan kerja yang sangat baik dengan prosentase kesalahan sensor ultrasonik 0,09% dan load cell setelah dikuatkan sebesar 0,37%. Dan program sistem jenis diet diabetes serta komposisi zat gizi yang terkandung dapat ditampilkan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Kata kunci – diabetes mellitus, BMI, sensor ultrasonik, loADCell.
