Journal ArticleDOI

Nano-remediation of toxic heavy metal contamination: Hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)].

TL;DR: This review discusses the various conventional, nano-remediation, and bioremediation methods to keep Cr(VI) concentration in check and further discuss their efficiencies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhancing the Aspirin Loading and Release Efficiency of Silver Oxide Nanoparticles Using Oleic Acid‐based Bio‐Surfactant from Enteromorpha intestinalis

TL;DR: This study is an attempt to improve the loading and release potential of silver oxide nanoparticles (AgO NPs) using Oleic acid based bio-surfactant isolated from Enteromorpha instestinalis to identify the mechanism of release from the carrier and found that the release was time-dependent and non-fickian.
Book ChapterDOI

Polymer-based bionanomaterials for targeted drug delivery

TL;DR: In this paper , the use of polymeric bionanomaterials is addressed, including hydrogels, electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds, nanocellulose, and carbohydrate nanocarriers with special emphasis to their material properties, fabrication technologies, and applicability in specific targeted anatomical sites.
