Journal ArticleDOI

Chemical and Physicochemical Characterization Of Humic Acid-Like Materials From Composts

TL;DR: In this article, Humic acid (HA)-like materials were extracted from composts prepared from domestic organic wastes (HADu), sawdust (HASc), used coffee (HACf), and farmyard manure (HAFm).
Journal ArticleDOI

Electron Spin Resonance Investigation of Copper(II) Complexation by Fulvic Acid Extracted from Sewage Sludge

TL;DR: In this article, electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra are reported for copper(II)-fulvic acid complexes prepared with fulvic acid (FA) samples extracted from two different anaerobically-digested sewage sludges.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of selected soil properties on phytoremediation applicability for heavy-metal-contaminated soils in the Apulia region, Southern Italy

TL;DR: Due to the high total content but the low available fraction of heavy metals analyzed, especially Cr, phytoextraction appears not to be a promising remediation approach in the sites examined, whereas phytostabilization appears to be the best technique for metal decontamination in the studied areas.
Journal ArticleDOI

Elemental and spectroscopic characterization of humic acids fractionated by gel permeation chromatography

TL;DR: Les acides humiques ont ete extraits d'une litiere de caroubier and de deux composts: un fumier de ferme et les ordures menageres, compostes pendant un an as mentioned in this paper.
