Sulfur Composite Cathode Materials for Rechargeable Lithium Batteries

TL;DR: In this paper, a conductive polymer/sulfur composite material was prepared by heating the mixture of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and sublimed sulfur.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sulfur-carbon nano-composite as cathode for rechargeable lithium battery based on gel electrolyte

TL;DR: In this paper, a sulfur-carbon nano-composite with elemental sulfur incorporated in porous carbon was prepared by thermal treatment of a mixture of sulfur and active carbon, which exhibited a reversible capacity of 440 mAh g−1 at a current density of 0.3 mA cm−2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Knockdown of c-Myc expression by RNAi inhibits MCF-7 breast tumor cells growth in vitro and in vivo

TL;DR: The data show that decreasing the c-Myc protein level in MCF-7 cells by RNAi could significantly inhibit tumor growth both in vitro and in vivo, and imply the therapeutic potential of RNAi on the treatment of breast cancer by targeting overexpression oncogenes such as c-myc.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Approach to Studying Lung Cancer-related Proteins in Human Blood

TL;DR: A pilot approach to detect proteins released into blood by lung cancer may lead to the identification of novel protein markers in blood and provide a new method of identifying tumor biomarker profiles for guiding both early detection and therapy of human cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Protein SUMOylation modification and its associations with disease

TL;DR: The signal crosstalk between SUMOylation and ubiquitination of proteins, protein SUMOolation relations with several diseases, and the identification approaches for SUMOYLation site are discussed.
