Journal ArticleDOI

Biodistribution and delivery efficiency of unmodified tumor-derived exosomes.

TL;DR: Comparisons to liposomal formulations revealed the significance of the innate immune system along with the complement protein C5 on exosomes' rate of clearance and biodistribution, and limits their use as an anti-cancer drug delivery vehicle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radiofluorination of PSMA-HBED via Al(18)F(2+) Chelation and Biological Evaluations In Vitro.

TL;DR: An efficient and one-pot method for the radiosynthesis of [Al18F]PSMA-HBED was developed and the labeled peptide revealed serum stability for 4 h as well as a promising binding coefficient (KD) value of 10.3 ± 2.2 nM in cell experiments with PSMA-positive LNCaP C4-2 cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimized Peptide Amount and Activity for ⁹⁰Y-Labeled DOTATATE Therapy.

TL;DR: To achieve higher efficacy and safety for 90Y-DOATATE therapy, both the administered amount of peptide and the activity should be optimized in treatment planning using the proposed method, which could be adapted for therapy with other peptides.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radiosynthesis of a new PSMA targeting ligand ([18F]FPy-DUPA-Pep).

TL;DR: The current study synthesized DUPA-Pep having 2-[3-(1,3-dicarboxypropyl)ureido]pentanedioic acid (DUPA) linked via 8-aminooctanoic acid to two phenylalanine residues and chose 6-[(18)F]fluoronicotinic acid 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester [(18]F]FPy-TFP
Journal ArticleDOI

One pot radiofluorination of a new potential PSMA ligand [Al18F]NOTA-DUPA-Pep

TL;DR: In this paper, a radiofluorinations of peptides coupled to the NOTA complex via Al18F appear to be very promising, both in terms of feasible labelling procedure and stability in vivo.
