Journal ArticleDOI

Cattaneo–Christov double diffusion on micropolar magneto cross nanofluids with entropy generation

TL;DR: In this paper, a two-dimensional unsteady incompressible flow of a micropolar cross nanofluid past a linear stretching/shrinking sheet with a magnetic field is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemical Reaction and Radiation Effects on Non-Newtonian Fluid Flow over a Stretching Sheet with Non-Uniform Thickness and Heat Source

TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of two dimensional chemically reacting non-Newtonian fluid bearing Soret, Dufour, thermal radiation, heat source and slip effects is inspected.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of Catteneo-Christov Heat Flux Model on Mixed Convection Flow of Third Grade Nanofluid over an Inclined Stretched Riga Plate

TL;DR: In this paper, a numerical solution of the transformed boundary layer equations has been accomplished by fourth order R-K and shooting methods, showing that buoyancy (thermal as well as solutal) and viscosity parameters augment the fluid velocity while increase in Deborah number yields unperturbed diminishing trend of non-linear temperature profiles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of unsteady flow of a variable viscosity reactive fluid in a slit with wall suction or injection

TL;DR: In this article, coupled nonlinear equations governing the heat transfer and unsteady pressure-driven flow of a reactive variable viscosity fluid in a thin stationary slit, whose walls are porous, are derived and solved numerically using a semi-implicit finite difference scheme.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Hall Current on Transient Flow of Dusty Fluid with Nonlinear Radiation Past a Convectively Heated Stretching Plate

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of Hall current on flow and heat transfer of dusty fluid over a convectively heated stretching plate in the presence of nonlinear thermal radiation is explored.
