Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, characterization and computational study of the newly synthetized sulfonamide molecule

TL;DR: A new compound N-(2,5-dimethyl-4-nitrophenyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (NDMPMBS) has been derived from 2,5dimethyl 4-nitroaniline and 4methylbenzene-1-sulfonyl chloride as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single-Crystal-to-Single-Crystal Structural Transformation in a Flexible Porous Gadolinium-Organic Framework with Selective and Controlled Sorption Properties

TL;DR: In this paper, a novel 2D pillared-bilayer gadolinium-organic framework is synthesized using hydrothermal technique and structurally characterized, which exhibits stepwise release of the guest and coordinated water molecules and reversible single-crystal-to-singlecrystal structural transformation.
Journal ArticleDOI

FT-IR, Laser-Raman spectra and quantum chemical calculations of methyl 4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylate-A DFT approach.

TL;DR: The theoretical optimized geometric parameters and vibrational frequencies of a newly synthesized anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory agent have been found to be in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data and results in the literature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, crystal structure analysis, spectral investigations, DFT computations and molecular dynamics and docking study of 4-benzyl-5-oxomorpholine-3-carbamide, a potential bioactive agent

TL;DR: In this paper, a 4-benzyl-5-oxomorpholine-3-carbamide was synthesized and the molecular geometry of the compound was optimized by using Density Functional Theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set in the ground state and geometric parameters are in agreement with the X-ray analysis results of the structure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, antibacterial, anthelmintic and anti-inflammatory studies of novel methylpyrimidine sulfonyl piperazine derivatives

TL;DR: A strategic synthesis of novel methylpyrimidine sulfonyl piperazines involving Suzuki coupling was designed and pharmacological activities of the compounds were evaluated and some compounds were proven to be potent pharmacophores.
