Resonance Raman scattering in Cu2O at the blue and indigo excitons

TL;DR: In this paper, the resonance enhancement of five Raman lines of Cu 2 O has been measured in the vicinity of the blue and indigo excitons, and the experimental results show qualitative agreement with the theoretical predictions.
Journal ArticleDOI

A study of non-thermalized luminescence spectra: the case of Cu2O

TL;DR: In this paper, the emission spectra of a non-thermalized distribution of excitons in Cu2O have been studied experimentally and theoretically, and a simple model calculation of the exciton distribution under continuous excitation has been proposed to explain the lineshape of the resonant Raman peaks.
Journal ArticleDOI

Resonant Raman scattering by two LO phonons in InSb at the E1 transition

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors observed resonant Raman scattering of the 2LO phonon mode in InSb in the region of the E 1 transition and found that the resonant enhancement peak was up-shifted by 19±4 meV from that of the one-phonon mode or by ∼ 60 meV.
