Treatment of complicated grief: a comparison between cognitive-behavioral therapy and supportive counseling
TL;DR: Comparison of the cognitive-behavioral conditions showed that "pure" exposure was more effective than "pure' cognitive restructuring, that adding ET to CR led to more additional improvement than adding CR to ET, and that ET + CR was more efficacious than CR + ET.

TL;DR: This study examined the relationship between IU and social anxiety among 126 adults and found that IU explained a significant amount of variance in social anxiety severity when controlling for established cognitive correlates of social anxiety and for neuroticism.
