Journal ArticleDOI
Lattice thermal conductivity of the Cu3SbSe4-Cu3SbS4 solid solution
Eric J. Skoug,Jeffrey D. Cain,Donald T. Morelli,Melanie J. Kirkham,Paul Majsztrik,Edgar Lara-Curzio +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the compositional dependence of the crystal structure and lattice thermal conductivity in the Cu3SbSe4-SbS4 system has been studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Doping Effects on the Thermoelectric Properties of Cu3SbSe4
Eric J. Skoug,Jeffrey D. Cain,Paul Majsztrik,Melanie J. Kirkham,Edgar Lara-Curzio,Donald T. Morelli +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the first systematic doping study on the ternary semiconductor Cu3SbSe 4 was presented, where the authors developed a novel synthesis procedure that produces high-quality polycrystalline samples with hole concentrations an order of magnitude lower than have been reported for the undoped compound.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-temperature order/disorder transition in the thermoelectric Cu3SbSe3
Melanie J. Kirkham,Paul Majsztrik,Eric J. Skoug,Donald T. Morelli,Hsin Wang,Wallace D. Porter,E. Andrew Payzant,Edgar Lara-Curzio +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structural evolution of a potential new thermoelectric material, Cu3SbSe3, as a function of temperature from 25 to 390 °C was investigated.

Effect of thermal processing on the microstructure and composition of Cu–Sb–Se compounds
Paul Majsztrik,Melanie J. Kirkham,Valerie Garcia-Negron,Edgar Lara-Curzio,Eric J. Skoug,Donald T. Morelli +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of thermal processing on the microstructure and composition of a system with overall stoichiometry of 3Cu:1Sb:3Se with the aim of producing single-phase Cu3SbSe3 was reported.
