Contribution à la compensation active des vibrations des machines électriques

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe a systeme lineaire and variant periodiquement dans le temps (LVPT) for a tournante electrique with a fixed peripherie.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reconstructing shaft orbit using angle measurement to detect bearing faults

TL;DR: An original point of view is given on the IAS measurement by linking IAS variations and shaft vibrations and it is shown that IAS measurements are sensitive to the shaft vibrations, which may be used advantageously to enhance the diagnosis possibilities.

Method and device for analysing the quality of the electrical energy in a three-phase electric network

TL;DR: In this article, a method for analyzing the quality of electrical energy in a three-phase electric network is proposed, which includes measuring a set of electrical magnitudes, the set including one electrical magnitude per phase; forming a space vector from an instantaneous three-dimensional transformation of the set of measured electrical magnitude; and determining a set including at least one parameter representative of the electrical energy.

Condition monitoring of motor-operated valves in nuclear power plants

TL;DR: In this article, the instantaneous active power absorbed by the induction machine is first shown to be an interesting electrical quantity to elaborate mechanical failure indicators, and an efficient real-time algorithm developed to estimate this physical quantity is then detailed and mechanical failure indicator based on the estimated electrical power are proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Estimation of geometric properties of three-component signals for system monitoring

TL;DR: This research work would like to develop a method for the analysis and processing of three-component quantities capable of highlighting the special geometric features of such data and providing complementary information for condition monitoring.
