Assessment of the European classification criteria for Sjögren's syndrome in a series of clinically defined cases: results of a prospective multicentre study. The European Study Group on Diagnostic Criteria for Sjögren's Syndrome.
Claudio Vitali,Stefano Bombardieri,H. M. Moutsopoulos,J Coll,Roberto Gerli,Pierre-Yves Hatron,Louis Kater,Yrjö T. Konttinen,Rolf Manthorpe,O. Meyer,Marta Mosca,Pierantonio Ostuni,Raffaele Pellerito,Y.L. Pennec,S R Porter,Andrea Richards,B Sauvezie,Morten Schiødt,M Sciuto,Y Shoenfeld,Fotini N. Skopouli,Josef S. Smolen,F Soromenho,Moshe Tishler,M J Wattiaux +24 more
TL;DR: This prospective study confirmed the high validity and reliability of the classification criteria for Sjögren's syndrome recently proposed by the European Community Study Group.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interstitial lung disease in polymyositis and dermatomyositis.
Isabelle Marie,Eric Hachulla,Patrick Cherin,S. Dominique,Pierre-Yves Hatron,Marie-France Hellot,B. Devulder,Serge Herson,Hervé Levesque,H. Courtois +9 more
TL;DR: The series underlines the high frequency of ILD in PM/DM patients, resulting in increased morbidity and mortality rates and indicates that PM/ DM patients should routinely be screened for ILD, even those patients without anti-Jo-1 antibody.
Journal ArticleDOI
Intravenous immunoglobulins for steroid-refractory esophageal involvement related to polymyositis and dermatomyositis: a series of 73 patients.
Isabelle Marie,Jean-François Ménard,Pierre-Yves Hatron,Eric Hachulla,Luc Mouthon,K. Tiev,Philippe Ducrotté,Patrick Cherin +7 more
TL;DR: To assess the long‐term outcome of esophageal complications in the group of patients receiving intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) for the treatment of severe steroid‐refractory esophages involvement related to polymyositis/dermatomyositis (PM/DM).
Journal ArticleDOI
Interstitial lung disease in anti-Jo-1 patients with antisynthetase syndrome.
Isabelle Marie,Séverine Josse,Pierre-Yves Hatron,S. Dominique,Eric Hachulla,A. Janvresse,Patrick Cherin,Luc Mouthon,Olivier Vittecoq,Jean-François Ménard,Fabienne Jouen +10 more
TL;DR: To assess the outcome of interstitial lung disease (ILD) in anti–Jo‐1 patients with antisynthetase syndrome, determine predictive variables of ILD deterioration in these patients, and compare features of anti-Jo‐ 1 patients with and without ILD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Immunological profile in primary Sjögren syndrome: Clinical significance, prognosis and long-term evolution to other auto-immune disease
Anne-Laure Fauchais,C. Martel,Guillaume Gondran,Marc Lambert,David Launay,M.O. Jauberteau,Eric Hachulla,Elisabeth Vidal,Pierre-Yves Hatron +8 more
TL;DR: Cryoglobulinemia and SSA/SSB positivity are associated with systemic activity after diagnosis in pSS, and long-term evolution to ANA associated auto-immune diseases concerned patients with active immunological profile and extra-glandular manifestations.
