An Efficient and Regioselective One-Pot Multi-Component Synthesis of Pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine Derivatives in Water.
TL;DR: Pyrimidine derivatives have been prepared in an efficient and regioselective manner in water via multi-component reaction of isothiocyanate 1, aromatic aldehyde 2, N,N -dimethyl-6-amino uracil 3 in the presence of p- toluenesulfonic acid (p- TSA) as a Lewis acid catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of highly functionalized indeno[1,2-b]furans
Leema Dutta,Pulak J. Bhuyan +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a functionalized indeno[1,2-b ]furans were synthesized from the reaction of indandione/indanone and aldehydes at room temperature followed by a reaction of the Knoevenagel condendensed intermediate with 4-hydroxycoumarins in the presence of iodine as catalyst in DMSO under thermal conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Copper-catalyzed oxidative synthesis of 2-oxo-acetamidines from one-pot three-component reaction of aryl methyl ketones, secondary amines and anilines
Leema Dutta,Pulak J. Bhuyan +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, 2-oxo-acetamidines were synthesized via one-pot three-component reaction of acetophenones, secondary amines and anilines in presence of CuI as catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tertiary Amine Effect: Synthesis of Some Novel Spirosubstituted Pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines.
Biswajita Baruah,Pulak J. Bhuyan +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a class of spirosubstituted pyrido[2,3-d ]pyrimidines were synthesized via 1,6-electrocyclisation in excellent yields.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Novel One‐Pot Three‐Component Reaction for the Synthesis of 5‐Arylamino‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines under Microwave Irradiation.
P. Seetham Naidu,Pulak J. Bhuyan +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, 5-arylamino-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized via microwave assisted three-component reaction of N,N-dimethyl-6-aminouracil, aryl glyoxal monohydrates and amines.
