Journal ArticleDOI
Adult follicular fluid supplementation during in vitro maturation improves the developmental competence of prepubertal lamb oocytes.
TL;DR: It was found that the lamb oocytes matured in medium supplemented with 20% or 30% adult FF from FSH-stimulated ewes yielded significantly higher blastocyst rates than that from the control medium, or medium supplemented from abattoir-derived ovaries or 20% lamb FF, suggesting that supplementing IVM medium with adult FF has beneficial roles on the developmental competence of prepubertal lamb Oocytes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhancing the developmental competence of prepubertal lamb oocytes by supplementing the in vitro maturation medium with sericin and the fibroblast growth factor 2 - leukemia inhibitory factor - Insulin-like growth factor 1 combination.
TL;DR: It is suggested that the developmental competence of prepubertal oocytes can be improved by supplementing IVM medium with relevant agents like sericin and cytokines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Growth hormone treatment improves the development of follicles and oocytes in prepubertal lambs
TL;DR: In this article , the effect of growth hormone (GH) on the development of prepubertal lambs and oocytes was explored by analysis of granulosa cell (GC) transcriptome, ovarian proteome and follicular fluid metabolome.
Journal ArticleDOI
Early Expression of Tet1 and Tet2 in Mouse Zygotes Altered DNA Methylation Status and Affected Embryonic Development
TL;DR: Early expression of Tet1 and Tet2 could substantially alter the zygotic methylation landscape and damage embryonic development, providing new insights into understanding the function of Tet dioxygenases and the mechanism of DNA methylation in relation to embryogenesis.
