Beam-Oriented Digital Predistortion for 5G Massive MIMO Hybrid Beamforming Transmitters

TL;DR: A beam-oriented digital predistortion (BO-DPD) technique for power amplifiers (PAs) in hybrid beamforming massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmitters, which can achieve linearization of the transmitted signal in the main beam direction and address the DPD implementation issue in the hybridbeamforming array.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

A 200 watt broadband continuous-mode doherty power amplifier for base-station applications

TL;DR: This paper presents a high-power Continuous-mode Doherty Power Amplifier for base-station applications by utilizing de-embedded models of active devices and allowing the two transistors modulate each other at harmonic frequencies, which exhibits improved power, efficiency and bandwidth.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reduced Cost Digital Predistortion Only With In-Phase Feedback Signal

TL;DR: The experimental results validate the feasibility of the proposed DPD, which achieves equivalent linearization performances compared to those of the traditional I/Q quadrature demodulation-based technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Distribution and Drug Resistance of Bacterial Pathogens Associated with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Children and the Effect of COVID-19 on the Distribution of Pathogens

TL;DR: The isolation rates of Haemophilus influenzae and Streptococcus pneumoniae were significantly lower than those before the pandemic, and the isolation rate of Moraxella catarrhalis was significantly higher, which is supposed to provide a useful basis for the prevention of LRTI in children and the rational use of drugs in clinical practice.
Journal ArticleDOI

Concurrent dual-band digital predistortion implemented with reduced look-up-tables

TL;DR: Experimental results show that the proposed reduced look-up-tables implementation of digital predistortion for concurrent dual-band power amplifiers (PAs) can achieve better than −48.2 dBc adjacent channel power ration performance with reduced LUTs.
