TL;DR: In this article, transgenic expression of the human RNA demethylase FTO in rice and potato caused a more than threefold increase in grain yield under greenhouse conditions, and the presence of FTO stimulates root meristem cell proliferation and tiller bud formation and promotes photosynthetic efficiency and drought tolerance.

TL;DR: In this article, the m6A-binding activity of the polyadenylation factor CPSF30-L enhances the formation of liquid-like nuclear bodies, where CPSF 30-L mainly recognizes m6-methyladenosine modified far-upstream elements.
