Deep Learning-Based Algorithm for Multi-Type Defects Detection in Solar Cells with Aerial EL Images for Photovoltaic Plants
Wuqin Tang,Qiang Yang,Wenjun Yan +2 more
TL;DR: Li et al. as discussed by the authors proposed an evolutionary algorithm combined with traditional image processing technology, deep learning, transfer learning, and deep clustering, which can recognize the unknown or unlabeled in the original dataset defects automatically along with the increasing of the dataset size.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Improved main-lobe cancellation method for space spread clutter suppression in HFSSWR
TL;DR: An improved main-lobe cancellation (IMLC) method based on single notch space filter and correlation analysis is proposed and results indicate the method has a good performance for SSC suppression than traditional method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Scalable voice over internet protocol service-level agreement guarantees in converged transmission control protocol/ internet protocol networks
Qiang Yang,Jonathan M. Pitts +1 more
TL;DR: The authors revisit the existing Internet protocol QoS approaches and present a cost-effective solution to provide voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) service guarantees in converged IP networks by combining open shortest-path first traffic engineering with new insights for the configuration of standard active queue management random early detection mechanism.
Book ChapterDOI
Activating Case-Based Reasoning with Active Databases
Sheng Li,Qiang Yang +1 more
TL;DR: This paper shows how to construct ActiveCBR system and provides an analysis of the resulting system architecture, which separates case- based reasoning from complicated rule-based reasoning, and improves the traditional passive CBR system with the active property.
Journal ArticleDOI
From Passive to Active: The Paradigm Shift of Straw Collection
Qiang Yang,Yueling Yang +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors take the centralized biogas production project in the energy utilization of straw as a hypothetical item in investigation to discuss the straw collection mode based on the wishes of farmers and find that 85% of farmers have the willingness to actively collect and transport straw, and the longest distance for active transportation is 3.22 km.
