A review of soil heavy metal pollution from industrial and agricultural regions in China: Pollution and risk assessment.
TL;DR: This paper provides a comprehensive ecological and health risk assessment on the heavy metals in soils in Chinese industrial and agricultural regions and thus provides insights for the policymakers regarding exposure reduction and management.
Journal ArticleDOI
The APC/CTAD1-WIDE LEAF 1-NARROW LEAF 1 pathway controls leaf width in rice.
Jing You,Wenwen Xiao,Yue Zhou,Wenqiang Shen,Li Ye,Peng Yu,Guoling Yu,Qiannan Duan,Xinfang Zhang,Zhifeng He,Yan Xiang,Xianchun Sang,Yunfeng Li,Fang-Ming Zhao,Yinghua Ling,Guanghua He,Ping Zhang +16 more
TL;DR: This study characterized the rice wide leaf 1 (wl1) mutant, which has wider leaves than the wild type (WT) due to more vascular bundles and greater distance between small vascular bundles, and established an important framework for understanding the APC/CTAD1-WL1-NAL1 pathway-mediated control of leaf width in rice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Freshwater crustacean exposed to active pharmaceutical ingredients: ecotoxicological effects and mechanisms
Jiahua Guo,Jingya Ren,Chao Chang,Qiannan Duan,Jun Li,Mirella Kanerva,Fangshe Yang,Jiezhang Mo +7 more
Journal ArticleDOI
A spectral learning path for simultaneous multi-parameter detection of water quality.
Zhiqiang Guo,Fenli Liu,Qiannan Duan,Wenjing Wang,Q. T. Wan,Yicai Huang,Yuting Zhao,Lu Liu,Yunjin Feng,Libo Xian,Yiwen Long,Dan Yao,Jianchao Lee +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , spectral images were converted into feature images of water chemistry and then combined with deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to train models and predict WQP.

DEGENERATED LEMMA (DEL) Is a New Allele of OsRDR6 That Regulates Lemma Development and Affects Rice Grain Yield
Jing You,Qiannan Duan,Jun Zhang,Wenqiang Shen,Yue Zhou,Wenwen Xiao,Li-Xia Ye,Xinfang Zhang,Yan Xiang,Zhi-dan He,Shunyi Song,Guanghua He,Yunfeng Li,Ping Zhang +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated a rice spikelet mutant, degenerated lemma (del), which developed florets with a slightly degenerated or rod-like lemma.
