Journal ArticleDOI

Thermally stimulated luminescence studies for dysprosium doped strontium tetraborate

TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported the first TL studies of Dy 3 + doped SrB 4 O 7 compound by β-ray irradiation for the first time. And the results showed that the TL-dose response of the doped polycrystalline powder sample to β -ray radiation in the range from 50 to 250kGy for radiation processing dose levels is almost linearity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermoluminescence studies of rare earth doped Sr2Mg(BO3)2 phosphor

TL;DR: In this article, the peak shape method was employed to calculate the thermoluminescence of the Sr 2 Mg(BO 3 ) 2 phosphors with Tm 3+, Tb 3+ and Dy 3+ activators.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, photoluminescence, thermoluminescence and dosimetry properties of novel phosphor Zn(BO2)2:Tb

TL;DR: In this article, polycrystalline powder samples of terbium doped Zn(BO 2 ) 2 phosphors were prepared by solid state reaction in the thermal carbon reducing atmosphere at high temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal cumulative cisplatin dose in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients based on induction chemotherapy response.

TL;DR: Tumor response to IC was an independent prognostic factor for patients with NPC, and patients receiving high CCD showed significantly improved 3-year PFS and DMFS compared with patients receiving low CCD, while balancing toxicity and efficacy, 200 mg/m2 seemed to be the optimal dose in the CR/PR groups.
