Temperature stable Li2Ti0.75(Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.25O3-based microwave dielectric ceramics with low sintering temperature and ultra-low dielectric loss for dielectric resonator antenna applications
Huan-Huan Guo,Di Zhou,Chao Du,Peng-Jian Wang,Wen-Feng Liu,Li-Xia Pang,Qiu-Ping Wang,Jinzhan Su,Charanjeet Singh,Sergei V. Trukhanov,Sergei V. Trukhanov +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, two kinds of low-sintering temperature and high-performance microwave dielectric ceramics with monoclinic rock salt structure by adding a small amount of V2O5 and 0.4B2O3 sintering aids to Li2Ti0.75(Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.25O3 (LTMN 0.25).
Journal ArticleDOI
High-temperature BaTiO3-based ternary dielectric multilayers for energy storage applications with high efficiency
Wen-Bo Li,Di Zhou,Wen-Feng Liu,Jinzhan Su,Fayaz Hussain,Dawei Wang,Ge Wang,Zhilun Lu,Qiu-Ping Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a ternary system 0.88BaTiO3-0.12(1-x)Bi(Li 0.5Nb0.5Ti0.8)O3 (BT-BLN-BMT) (0.88BT- 0.12xBMT (x = 0.6) multilayer ceramics capacitors effectively increased breakdown strength and energy density values are more than 500kV−cm−1 and 4.42
Journal ArticleDOI
Raman Spectra, Infrared Spectra, and Microwave Dielectric Properties of Low-Temperature Firing [(Li0.5Ln0.5)1−xCax]MoO4 (Ln = Sm and Nd) Solid Solution Ceramics with Scheelite Structure
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of scheelite solid solution [(Li 0.5Ln0.5)1−xCax]MoO4 (Ln = Sm and Nd; x = 0.90) was prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method and the sintering temperature was lowered to 925°C by substituting for Ca2+ in the solid solution without any secondary phase.
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel scheelite-type [Ca0.55(Nd1-xBix)0.3]MoO4 (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.95) microwave dielectric ceramics with low sintering temperature
Shu-Zhao Hao,Di Zhou,Fayaz Hussain,Jinzhan Su,Wen-Feng Liu,Dawei Wang,Qiu-Ping Wang,Zeming Qi +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a solid solution was formed in 0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.95 and all the samples belong to pure scheelite phase with the tetragonal structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
High quality factor microwave dielectric ceramics in the (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O2–ZrO2–TiO2 ternary system
TL;DR: The relationship between the structure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics was studied in this paper, where the XRD patterns of the sintered samples reveal the main phase belonged to α-PbO2-type structure.
