TL;DR: A facile one-pot synthesis of novel steroidal dispiropyrrolidines has been accomplished by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of various azomethine ylides derived from isatin/acenaphthenequinone/ninhydrin and sarcosine with various estrone derivatives as dipolarophiles, in good yield.
