The Relationship Between Postoperative Opioid Analgesia and Sleep Apnea Severity in Patients Undergoing Hip Arthroplasty: A Randomized, Controlled, Triple-Blinded Trial
Eric Albrecht,P.C. Pereira,Virginie Bayon,Mathieu Berger,Julien Wegrzyn,Alexander Antoniadis,Raphael Heinzer +6 more
TL;DR: Oral oxycodone did not increase sleep apnea severity measured using respiratory polygraphy compared with oral tramadol on the first postoperative night after hip arthroplasty, and the primary outcome was the apnea-hypopnea index in the supine position.

Geoffroy Solelhac,Mathieu Berger,Marie-Pierre F. Strippoli,Nicola Marchi,Virginie Bayon,José Haba-Rubio,Francesca Siclari,Damien Leger,Martin Preisig,Raphael Heinzer +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the associations between sous-types of diagnostiques of TDM and caractéristiques of the polysomnographie of the sommeil were investigated.
