The invention discloses a measuring method of the arsenic content of glyceryl triacetate. The measuring method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: diluting a sample by utilizing absolute ethyl alcohol in the pretreatment stage, carrying out a standard addition method, and adding an air oxidation procedure between the drying procedure and the ashing procedure of a temperature programming of an atomic absorption spectrometer, to enable the sample to be directly fed and measured so as to rapidly and accurately detect the arsenic content of the glyceryl triacetate. Compared with the conventional electric hot plate digestion and microwave digestion pretreatment, the loss of an element to be directly detected is small, the operation is easy, poisonous and harmful chemicals are not used in the experimental process, and the measuring method has a small damage for operating persons. The measuring method provided by the invention adopts an optimized atomic absorption spectrometry aiming to a material characteristic of the glyceryl triacetate, relative temperature programming, and ashing temperature and atomization temperature measurement are carried out, and then a matrix modifier is adopted to eliminate the interference, so that the recovery rate is high, and a measuring result is accurate.

Measuring method of arsenic content of glyceryl triacetate

A method of analyzing for As(III) as AsO2 -1 ion in an Au(I) containing electroplating solution. The concentration of As(III) in the electroplating solution is maintained high enough to avoid formation of "burnt Au" oxides but low enough to avoid bond failures. A sample of the electroplating solution is withdrawn and added to a buffered solution, for example an acetate-ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) buffered solution. A complexing agent for Au(I) ion is added to the buffered solution. This can be an alkali metal cyanide. Next ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate is added as a complexing agent for the AsO2 -1 ion. The ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate--AsO2 -1 ion is extracted, for example with methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK). The extract is analyzed for As(III) by atomic absorption, as electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.
