TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the safety, pharmacokinetics, and maximum-tolerated dose of atrasentan in cancer patients and found that the most common adverse events such as rhinitis, headache, asthenia, and peripheral edema, were reversible on drug discontinuation and responded to symptom-specific treatment.
