Eric K. Rowinsky,Louise B. Grochow,Alexander Hantel,David S. Ettinger,Barbara L. Vito,Ross C. Donehower +5 more
TL;DR: The recommended phase II dose for oral NMF administered three times weekly for 4 of 6 weeks was 600 mg/m2, significantly lower than those that were demonstrated to induce cytotoxicity, and differentiating, chemosensitizing, and radiosensitization effects in preclinical studies suggesting that further clinical evaluations of NMF may not be warranted.
