TL;DR: A review of cellulose-based hydrogels in the context of dyes and heavy metals removal from wastewater following diverse synthesis techniques and adsorption mechanisms is presented in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sustainable Wastewater Treatment via Dye-Surfactant Interaction: A Critical Review
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to remove dyes from industrial effluent streams, especially those which are not easily biodegradable, using a bioregressive approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Coloration of polyester fiber with natural dye henna (Lawsonia inermis L.) without using mordant: a new approach towards a cleaner production
TL;DR: In this paper, the dyeing of polyester fiber with henna dye was conducted at different temperatures without using hazardous metallic mordants and the results showed that the resulting color fastness properties increased with increasing dyeing temperature.
