Reduced Graphene Oxide Conformally Wrapped Silver Nanowire Networks for Flexible Transparent Heating and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

TL;DR: A controllable approach to enhance the conductivity and the stability of MNNs with their transmittance remaining unchanged is reported, in which reduced graphene oxide conformally wrapped silver nanowire networks (AgNW@rGO networks) are synthesized by selective electrodeposition of GO nanosheets on AgNWs followed by a pulsed laser irradiation treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultrasensitive terahertz modulation by silicon-grown MoS2 nanosheets

TL;DR: It is concluded that the MoS2-Si heterostructure enables theMoS2 to catalyze more carriers generated on the Si surface, which affords it a promising potential in THz applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Terahertz isolator based on nonreciprocal magneto-metasurface

TL;DR: This low-loss, high isolation, easy coupling THz isolator has broadly potentials for THz application systems and shows that the best operating state with a high isolation can be designed.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Review of Magneto-Optical Microstructure Devices at Terahertz Frequencies

TL;DR: In this article, the necessary conditions of forming non-reciprocal transmission in magneto-optical microstructure devices were concluded, and the tunability of these devices was also analyzed, which strongly depends on the magnetooptical property of material and the symmetry of structure.
Journal ArticleDOI

State conversion based on terahertz plasmonics with vanadium dioxide coating controlled by optical pumping

TL;DR: The state conversion and terahertz wave modulation based on a plasmonic device composed of silicon column arrays with vanadium dioxide (VO2) coating were experimentally demonstrated and will be of great significance for potential THz applications.
