TL;DR: In this paper, the E760 Collaboration performed an experiment in the Antiproton Accumulator at Fermilab to study the two photon decay of the charmonium state formed in {ital {bar p}p} annihilations.
Abstract: The E760 Collaboration performed an experiment in the Antiproton Accumulator at Fermilab to study the two photon decay of the {eta}{sub {ital c}}(1 {sup 1}{ital S}{sub 0}) charmonium state formed in {ital {bar p}p} annihilations. This resulted in a new measurement of the mass {ital M}{sub {eta}{ital c}}=2988.3{sub {minus}3.1}{sup +3.3} MeV/{ital c}{sup 2} and of the product {ital B}({eta}{sub {ital c}}{r_arrow}{ital {bar p}p}){times}{Gamma}({eta}{sub {ital c}}{r_arrow}{gamma}{gamma}) =(8.1{sub {minus}2.0}{sup +2.9}) eV. We performed a search for the process {ital {bar p}p}{r_arrow}{eta}{sub {ital c}}{sup {prime}}(2 {sup 1}{ital S}{sub 0}){r_arrow}{gamma}{gamma} over a limited range of center-of-mass energies. Since no signal was observed, we derived upper limits on the product of branching ratios {ital B}({eta}{sub {ital c}}{sup {prime}}{r_arrow}{ital {bar p}p}){times}{ital B}({eta}{sub {ital c}}{sup {prime}}{r_arrow}{gamma}{gamma}) in the center-of-mass energy range 3584{le} {radical}{ital s} {le}3624 MeV. We observed no signal for the nonresonant process {ital {bar p}}+{ital p}{r_arrow}{gamma}+{gamma} and obtain upper limits.

TL;DR: A quasi-homogeneous liquid krypton electromagnetic calorimeter is under construction for a precision study of CP violation in neutral kaons decays as mentioned in this paper, where the main characteristics of the detector are discussed, together with results on energy, space and time resolution obtained with a prototype detector.
