TL;DR: In this article, the existence of adiabatic dust-acoustic solitons in a dusty plasma was investigated and it was shown that the presence of such particles decreases the magnitude of the soliton amplitude.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the radially symmetric self-similar expansion of a dusty plasma in cylindrical and spherical geometries, where the electrons and ions were assumed to be in Boltzmann equilibria, while the dynamics of the dust particles was governed by the fluid equations.
Abstract: The radially symmetric self-similar expansion of a dusty plasma is investigated in cylindrical and spherical geometries. The electrons and ions are assumed to be in Boltzmann equilibria, while the dynamics of the dust particles is governed by the fluid equations. The effects of finite dust pressure as well as dust-charge variation are included.

TL;DR: In this paper, the lower hybrid drift instability in a dusty plasma was investigated using kinetic theory, where the electrons were treated as magnetized, while the ions and the dust species (negatively charged) were unmagnetized.
Abstract: Using kinetic theory, the lower hybrid drift instability is investigated in a dusty plasma. In our model, for the length and time scales of the fluctuations the electrons are treated as magnetized, while the ions and the dust species (negatively charged) are unmagnetized. The instability is driven by the equilibrium diamagnetic current associated with the electrons and ions. The dependence of the real frequency and growth rate of the lower hybrid drift instability on plasma parameters such as particle drift speeds, densities and temperatures, dust to ion mass ratio and dust charge, is studied.
