This study aims to describe the learning motivation of grade 5 students in Gondosari village as a result of the implementation of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The objects of this study are 6 students of grade with the categorization of rank, their parents' educational background, and their parent’s occupation and 1 classroom teacher who teach online in grade 5 of SD 7 Gondosari village. With observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation as tools for data collection. The validity test of this study used triangulation of online learning has an impact on students learning motivation with indicators of learning motivation, namely perseverance in facing tasks, resilience in facing difficulties, interest in various problems, working independently, and factors from the learning environment. This indicator can measure the extent to which the learning motivation of grade 5 students of SD 7 Gondosari.

The Implementation of E-JAS Science Edutainment To Improve Elementary School Student’s Conceptual Understanding

Anak berkebutuhan khusus tipe slow learner membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dibandingkan siswa lainnya untuk memahami materi matematika. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kesulitan belajar matematika yang dialami anak berkebutuhan khusus tipe slow learner di sekolah formal. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari dua orang guru matematika dan satu orang anak berkebutuhan khusus tipe slow learner. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penyebab kesulitan belajar matematika anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah belum adanya rancangan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran khusus kelas inklusi, pemberian materi dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang sama dengan siswa lain, serta penggunaan bahasa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Special needs slow learner type need a longer time than other students to understand math material. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the causes of the learning difficulties experienced by children with special needs slow learner type in formal schools. This type of research is a case study research using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling consisting of two mathematics teachers and one slow learner type of child with special needs. From the results of the study, it was found that the cause of the difficulty of learning mathematics for children with special needs was that there was no design, method, and special learning media for inclusion classes, the provision of materials and evaluation of learning similar to other students, and the use of language in mathematics learning.

Penyebab Kesulitan Belajar Matematika Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Tipe Slow Learner

The purpose of this study was to analyze effectiveness of ethno-edutainment digital moduleto increase students’ concept understanding. The ethno-edutainment digital modulewas developed with the Borg and Gall models developed. The development phase of the ethno-edutainment digital moduleadds preliminary studios, product development and validation, and product trial trials. In testing the product, a large-scale trial was conducted. The effectiveness test was carried out on a large-scale trial with research subjects of fourth grade students at SD 4 Karangbener. The effectiveness of the ethno-edutainment digital modulewas accepted using test techniques. Based on N-gain trials Increased pretest and posttest scores of students produced 25% students increased in the high category, 62,5% students increased in the moderate category, and 12,5% students increased in the low category.

Ethno-Edutainment Digital Module to Increase Students’ Concept Understanding

Students who have slow mathematical cognitive abilities or slow learners usually have difficulties understanding an abstract mathematical concept. One alternative learning that can improve the mathematical understanding of slow learners is the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (IRME) approach. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the learning process and the role of IRME to improve the cognitive mathematics ability of slow learners about the concept of direct and inverse proportion. This research used a single subject research method with the study subjects of the 7th-grade slow learners at one private junior high school. The research data were collected in audio and video recordings, photographs, and student worksheets. Data were analyzed by using in and between conditions with the A-B research design. The results showed that the IRME approach improves the mathematical understanding of slow learners in direct and inverse proportion concepts. Lastly, this research can contribute as alternative solutions to answer the gap in effective learning for slow learner students.

Learning Direct and Inverse Proportion Using Pen and Money for Slow-Leaners

In this globalization era, young generations are having problems regarding the love of the country character. The purposes of this research were (1) analyzing studentsâ€™ need on an entertaining module; (2) analyzing studentsâ€™ need on learning with ethnoscience approach; and (3) analyzing studentsâ€™ need on building the love of the country character. This research is qualitative research involving 5th-grade students of IT Umar bin Khattab Elementary school as the subject. A purposive sampling technique used, where the research instruments included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis involved several steps, namely, data reduction, categorization, validity checkings, interpretation, and inferences. The result of this research showed that the government and particular publisher distributed the learning material used by students. The teacher had never given any innovation by using culture based-learning for improving the love of country character to the students. Besides, the questionnaire showed that the students expected an entertaining learning material with stories, picture, and fun activity. However, based on the result, the edutainment module with ethnoscience approach was needed for improving studentsâ€™ love of the country character.

Slow learner have difficulties in mathematics subjects so it is necessary to develop math module based on local wisdom Gusjigang Kudus. The purpose of this research is to know the result of questionnaire of  slow learner need to develop the module of math based on local wisdom, and  result of interview with teacher. The type of research is qualitative. The subject is the teacher and the slow learner in SD 1 Muhammadiyah Kudus. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, the needs of slow learner concluded that slow learner need a mathematical module that can help understand the material, help solve daily problems, and take advantage of local wisdom in the area. Based on the teacher interviews, the module that can help slow learner does not exist yet, and the books in the schools do not emphasize issues related to local wisdom.

This study aims to analyze (1) the average mathematical problem solving ability of students who can achieve the KKM, (2) the proportion of students who can complete classical completeness of 75%, (3) differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities before and after the REACT model assisted by fable-math book media is applied, (4) increasing mathematical problem solving abilities. The research method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design trial design in the form of one group pretest posttest. Sampling was done by means of purposive sample. The sample in this study were IV grade students in academic year 2019/2020. Collecting data using interview techniques, documentation, and tests. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using statistical analysis in the form of one sample t-test, z-proportion test, paired sample t-test, and n-gain test. After applying the REACT model assisted by the fable-math book media the results of the study showed that the average score of the student's problem-solving ability test got more than 70, the proportion of students who completed the test could achieve classical completeness above 75%, there were significant differences in the pretest and posttest results, and there is an increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities with the medium category.
