Our sustainable coronavirus future

TL;DR: A collection of papers from the ICSF 2020: Environmental, Technological, Social, and Economic Matters, which held at Kryvyi Rih National University, Kryvyih Rih, Ukraine, on May 20-22, 2020, is presented in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mining of rich iron ore deposits of complex structure under the conditions of rock pressure development

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the ANSYS software package to determine the structural elements of a mining system and showed that the formation of a compensation chamber of a quasi-parabolic shape can significantly reduce the stresses concentration around the stope block.
Journal ArticleDOI

Technology for mining of complex-structured bodies of stable and unstable ores

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the feasibility of using a single stage or two stages of bulk caving to mine a complex-structured ore body in the Kryvyi Rih iron ore basin.
Journal ArticleDOI

Annual production enhancement at deep mining

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors aim at determining possible annual production considering mining and technical capabilities of the underground mine and apply a complex research method including the graph-oanalytical one for determining underground mine's annual production and the industrial one for adjusting the methods considering technical conditions of the enterprise.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of the influence of properties of dusty ferromagnetic additives on the increase of cement activity

TL;DR: In this paper, a study of the influence of the characteristics of finely dispersed powdered ferromagnetic additives on the strength characteristics of cement was presented. But the results made it possible to reveal the laws of the effect of the dispersed and magnetic properties of various dust on the degree of activation of binders.
