Journal ArticleDOI
Interactive floating full-parallax digital three-dimensional light-field display based on wavefront recomposing.
TL;DR: An interactive floating full-parallax 3D light-field display with all depth cues is demonstrated and can be perceived with the right geometric occlusion and smooth parallax in the viewing angle of 45°, where 9216 viewpoints are used.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-efficient computer-generated integral imaging based on the backward ray-tracing technique and optical reconstruction.
Shujun Xing,Xinzhu Sang,Xunbo Yu,Chen Duo,Pang Bo,Xin Gao,Yang Shenwu,Yanxin Guan,Binbin Yan,Jinhui Yuan,Kuiru Wang +10 more
TL;DR: A high-efficient computer-generated integral imaging (CGII) method is presented based on the backward ray-tracing technique, suitable to create high quality integral image without the pseudoscopic problem.
Journal ArticleDOI
Natural three-dimensional display with smooth motion parallax using active partially pixelated masks
Xunbo Yu,Xinzhu Sang,Shujun Xing,Tianqi Zhao,Duo Chen,Yuanfa Cai,Binbin Yan,Kuiru Wang,Jinhui Yuan,Chongxiu Yu,Wenhua Dou +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a set of active partially pixelated masks is designed to pick up appropriate images from a large number serial pictures or a 3D computer numerical model for the natural three-dimensional display with smooth motion parallax.
Journal ArticleDOI
Noise suppression in brain magnetic resonance imaging based on non-local means filter and fuzzy cluster
TL;DR: Combining non-local means (NLM) filter with appropriate fuzzy cluster criterion, denoising in synthetic brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is evaluated in this article, where the continuous edge and detailed structure are well preserved, artifacts are greatly reduced and brain MR images are typically enhanced.
Journal ArticleDOI
Wide field of view tabletop light field display based on piece-wise tracking and off-axis pickup
Zhu Yanhong,Xinzhu Sang,Xunbo Yu,Peng Wang,Shujun Xing,Duo Chen,Binbin Yan,Kuiru Wang,Chongxiu Yu +8 more
TL;DR: A wide field of view (FOV) tabletop light field display based on piece-wise tracking and off-axis pickup is presented to display the floating three-dimensional (3D) scene, which is 360°surrounding viewable.
