PLL structures for utility connected systems

TL;DR: In this paper, a detailed analysis of phase-locked loop structures for utility connected systems is presented, and a single-phase PLL structure derived from the three-phase topology is discussed and its behavior under distorted utility conditions is analyzed.

Performance evaluation of PLL algorithms for single-phase grid-connected systems

TL;DR: A comparative study of synchronous reference frame PLL algorithms for single-phase systems and results, including operation of the PLL structures under distorted utility conditions are presented, to allow a performance evaluation of thePLL algorithms.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Performance evaluation of PLL algorithms for single-phase grid-connected systems

TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative study of synchronous reference frame PLL algorithms for single-phase systems is presented, including operation of the PLL structures under distorted utility conditions, to allow a performance evaluation of the algorithms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multi-objective energy storage power dispatching using plug-in vehicles in a smart-microgrid.

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-objective power dispatching problem that uses Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV) as storage units is formulated as a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) problem, and the energy storage planning is optimized seeking to minimize the following: total microgrid (MG) costs; PEVs batteries usage; maximum peak load; difference between extreme scenarios and two Sharpe Ratio indices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Active and Reactive Power Injection Strategies for Three-Phase Four-Wire Inverters During Symmetrical/Asymmetrical Voltage Sags

TL;DR: This paper explores how the existing strategies for active and reactive power injection impact the operation of grid-tied inverters in terms of required power, current flowing, and reduction of active power delivery during the voltage sags.
