A targeted liquid cultivation method for previously uncultured non-colony forming microbes

TL;DR: In this paper , a non-colony-forming liquid cultivation method (NCFLC) was developed to selectively isolate noncolony forming microbes that exclusively grow in liquid culture, which can serve as a new approach to accessing the hidden microbial dark matter.
