Journal ArticleDOI
K-ion and Na-ion storage performances of Co3O4–Fe2O3 nanoparticle-decorated super P carbon black prepared by a ball milling process
Irin Sultana,Mokhlesur Rahman,Srikanth Mateti,Vahide Ghanooni Ahmadabadi,Alexey M. Glushenkov,Ying Chen +5 more
TL;DR: The hybridisation of Co3O4 and Fe2O3 nanoparticles dispersed in a super P carbon matrix is proposed as a favourable approach to improve the electrochemical performance (reversible capacity, cycling stability and rate capability) of the metal oxide electrodes in metal-ion batteries.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nanoflake Arrays of Lithiophilic Metal Oxides for the Ultra-Stable Anodes of Lithium-Metal Batteries
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Compressive Boron Nitride Nanotube Aerogels Reinforced with Reduced Graphene Oxide.
Mingmei Wang,Mingmei Wang,Tao Zhang,Dasha Mao,Yimin Yao,Xiangliang Zeng,Xiangliang Zeng,Linlin Ren,Qiran Cai,Srikanth Mateti,Lu Hua Li,Xiaoliang Zeng,Guoping Du,Rong Sun,Ying Chen,Jianbin Xu,Ching-Ping Wong +16 more
TL;DR: A highly compressive BNNT aerogel reinforced with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) fabricated using freeze drying method and provides a simple method for the preparation of three-dimensional BNNTs/rGO aerogels for many potential applications, such as high-performance polymer composites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improving thermal conductivity of polymer composites by reducing interfacial thermal resistance between boron nitride nanotubes
Chenjie Fu,Chenjie Fu,Qiang Li,Jibao Lu,Srikanth Mateti,Qiran Cai,Xiaoliang Zeng,Guoping Du,Rong Sun,Ying Chen,Jianbin Xu,Ching-Ping Wong,Ching-Ping Wong +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, an approach to reduce the interfacial thermal resistance between adjacent boron nitride nanotubes through low-melting effect of nanoscale silver particles is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biocompatibility of boron nitride nanosheets
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the biocompatibility of boron nitride (BN) nanosheets of different sizes and compared it with that of BN nanoparticles in osteoblast-like cells (SaOS2).
