Amorphous state and pulsed laser deposition of YBa2Cu3O7−δ thin films
V. D. Okunev,Z. A. Samoilenko,V. M. Svistunov,A. Abal’oshev,Elżbieta Dynowska,Piotr Gierlowski,A. Klimov,Stanislaw J. Lewandowski +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structure of amorphous and crystalline YBaCuO films obtained both in on-axis and off-axis deposition geometries, and correlated the results with optical and transport properties of these films.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-T/sub c/ thin films on low microwave loss alkaline-rare-earth-aluminate crystals
Roman Sobolewski,Piotr Gierlowski,W. Kula,S. Zarembinski,Stanislaw J. Lewandowski,M. Berkowski,A. Pajaczkowska,Boris Gorshunov,D. B. Lyudmirsky,O. I. Sirotinsky +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was demonstrated that the alkaline-rare-earth aluminates (K/sub 2/NiF/sub 4/-type perovskites) are an excellent choice as the substrate material for the growth of high-T/sub c/ thin films suitable for microwave and far-infrared applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
CaNdAlO4 perovskite substrate for microwave and far‐infrared applications of epitaxial high Tc superconducting thin films
M. Berkowski,A. Pajaczkowska,P. Gierl,owski,Stanislaw J. Lewandowski,Roman Sobolewski,Boris Gorshunov,G. V. Kozlov,D. B. Lyudmirsky,O. I. Sirotinsky,P. A. Saltykov,H. Soltner,Ulrich Poppe,Ch. Buchal,A. Lubig +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, single-crystal perovskite calcium-neodymium aluminate CaNdAlO4 has been grown and tested as a substrate material for high Tc superconducting thin films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Laser-induced structural transitions in YBa 2 Cu 3 O y amorphous films with nanocrystalline clusters
V. D. Okunev,Z. A. Samoilenko,A. Abal'oshev,I. Abal'osheva,Piotr Gierlowski,A. Klimov,Stanislaw J. Lewandowski,V. N. Varyukhin,S. Barbanera +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of UV pulsed laser irradiation on the atomic order and optical properties of amorphous YBaCuO films containing crystalline clusters of nanometer (up to 25 nm) size was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Microwave detection and mixing in Y‐Ba‐Cu‐O thin films at liquid‐nitrogen temperatures
TL;DR: In this paper, microwave properties of an YBaCuO microstrip detector have been studied at 24 GHz frequency band at the liquid-nitrogen temperature, and the amplitude of the video detection signal was found to be proportional to the incident microwave power, setting the upper limit for the film response time as short as 40 ps.
