Abstract: Twelve patients with advanced prostatic carcinoma and relapse following previous hormone manipulation therapy were treated with Zoladex-depot every 4 weeks. The treatment was well tolerated and the endocrine response was satisfactory. However, no clinically important improvement was obtained.
