Optimal input design for NMR system identification

TL;DR: A fresh look is taken at problems in the measurement of nuclear magnetic resonance effects with the view of finding computational procedures that will determine the inputs which will optimize specific performance measures, and explores performance measures related to conditional entropy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Symmetry-adapted decomposition of tensor operators and the visualization of coupled spin systems

TL;DR: In this article, the representation and visualization of finite-dimensional quantum systems are studied in a generalized Wigner representation, where multi-spin operators can be decomposed into a symmetry-adapted tensor basis and they are mapped to multiple spherical plots that are each assembled from linear combinations of spherical harmonics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiple-pulse sequences for homonuclear decoupling. Experimental verification

TL;DR: In this article, a number of homonuclear-decoupling multiple-pulse sequences have been proposed for solid-state NMR spectra, including the WAHUHA sequence.

Quantum Pattern Recognition With Liquid State NMR

TL;DR: In this paper, a quantum pattern recognition scheme is presented, which combines the idea of a classic Hopfield neural network with adiabatic quantum computation, which can return a quantum superposition of multiple recognized patterns.
