Shape-Controlled Synthesis of All-Inorganic CsPbBr3 Perovskite Nanocrystals with Bright Blue Emission

TL;DR: These shape-controlled CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs with the bright blue emission will be widely used in optoelectronic applications, especially in blue LEDs which still lag behind compared to the better developed red and green LEDs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Causes of efficiency roll-off in phosphorescent organic light emitting devices: Triplet-triplet annihilation versus triplet-polaron quenching

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used delayed electroluminescence measurements to probe and differentiate between triplet-triplet-annihilation (TTA) and tripletpolaron-quenching (TPQ) processes and their correlation with efficiency roll-off in fac-tris(2-phenylpyridine) iridium-based phosphorescent organic light emitting devices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Perovskite solar cells with a DMSO-treated PEDOT:PSS hole transport layer exhibit higher photovoltaic performance and enhanced durability

TL;DR: High conductive thin DMSO-doped PEDOT:PSS layers which significantly enhance the light harvesting, charge extraction, and photocurrent production of organo-lead iodide devices and possess enhanced PCE durability over time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Water-resistant, monodispersed and stably luminescent CsPbBr3/CsPb2Br5 core-shell-like structure lead halide perovskite nanocrystals.

TL;DR: Water-resistant, monodispersed and stably luminescent cesium lead bromine perovskite nanocrystals coated with CsPb2Br5 were obtained using a modified non-stoichiometric solution-phase method and are suitable for long-term stable optoelectronic applications in the atmosphere.
