Particle-in-cell studies of fast-ion slowing-down rates in cool tenuous magnetized plasma using LSP
Eugene S. Evans,Elijah Kolmes,Samuel Cohen,Dale Welch,T.D. Rognlien,Bruce I. Cohen,Eric Meier +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors report on 3D-3V particle-in-cell simulations of fast-ion energy-loss rates in cold, weakly-magnetized and weaklycoupled plasma where the electron gyroradius is comparable to or less than the Debye length, and the fast ion velocity exceeds the electron thermal velocity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Modeling of Tungsten Dust Transport in ITER with Multi-Physics Code DUSTT/UEDGE
TL;DR: In this article, self-consistent modeling of dust particle kinetics and multi-fluid multi-species transport of boundary plasmas in ITER is performed with the multi-physics code DUSTT/UEDGE.
