Journal ArticleDOI

Plant homeodomain finger protein 11 promotes class switch recombination to IgE in murine activated B cells.

TL;DR: The role of Phf11 in class switch recombination to IgE by activated B cells is investigated and it is shown that high serum IgE levels and clinical severity of atopic patients are linked to PhF11 polymorphisms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transduction of Effector-Suppressor T Cells by an Antigen-Specific Suppressor T Cell Factor and Lyt-1+,2+,3+ T Cells

TL;DR: The cellular interactions strongly suggest that Lyt-1+,2+,3+ T cells play a decisive role in an amplification of immunoregulation.
Book ChapterDOI

Two loci selectively expressed on functionally different t cells

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that at least two loci are selectively expressed on different subsets of T cells, but not on B cells, which represent antigen-specific T cell factors, one enhancing and the other suppressing the antibody response.
Journal ArticleDOI

Overexpression of the c-fos gene perturbs functional maturation of M1 cells into macrophages.

TL;DR: It is suggested that overexpression of c-fos in differentiating M1 cells perturbs their functional maturation and significantly increased sensitivity of the cells for LPS-induced differentiation and generation of morphologically differentiated cells.
