Synthesis, Characterization, and Catalytic Properties of Mesoporous Tin-Containing Analogs of MCM-41☆
TL;DR: In this paper, stannosilicate molecular sieves with the MCM-41 structure have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by elemental analysis, XRD, N{sub 2} adsorption measurements, and UV-visible, IR, C CP/MAS NMR, Si MAS NMR and Moessbauer spectroscopic methods.
Journal ArticleDOI
Regioselective protection and deprotection of inositol hydroxyl groups.
TL;DR: In this article, a survey and categorization of selective protection and deprotection reactions for cyclitol derivatives for the synthesis of various classes of natural and unnatural compounds with interesting properties is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mesoporous aluminosilicate of the MCM-41 type: its catalytic activity in n-hexane isomerization
TL;DR: Aluminium-containing mesoporous molecular sieves (AlMCM-41) with different Al contents (Si/Al=86.3, 43.9, 23.3 and 14.3) have been prepared using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as an organic surfactant and characterized by XRD, MAS NMR, and N 2 sorption studies as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anisotropic Chemical Shielding, M-Site Ordering, and Characterization of Extraframework Cations in ETS-10 Studied through MAS/MQ-MAS NMR and Molecular Modeling Techniques
Subramanian Ganapathy,Tanya Das,Rajappan Vetrivel,S. S. Ray,Tapas Sen,Subramanian Sivasanker,Laurent Delevoye,Christian Fernandez,Jean-Paul Amoureux +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a combination of high-resolution magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopic and molecular modeling studies are reported to establish heteroatom substitution in the zeolite lattice, and this was used to probe the local symmetry and chemical shielding at different Si sites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reactivity controlled by lattice interactions in crystal: intermolecular acyl transfer in (±)-2,4-di-O-benzoyl-myo-inositol 1,3,5-orthoformate
TL;DR: In this paper, the transesterification of 2,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-myo-inositol 1,3,5-orthoformate and 2,O-1.
