TL;DR: In this paper, a two-dimensional optical rosette measurement method based on optical shearing is proposed, which includes steps of preparing rectangular optical rostte mark on surface of measured object by a hot embossing method, placing a four lenses in a measurement light path, introducing optical displacement to form an image with the displacement, calculating displacement of four mark points of optical Rosette in the image with displacement according to numeral related method, and calculating strain of rosetter region according to finite element method.
